I don't direct you.

The work is not invented. It's noticed. We move slowly, the light does most of it, and by the second hour almost everyone says some version of the same thing — “I didn't know I looked like that.” I keep my calendar small on purpose. Three to five sessions a month. You get the version of yourself the room actually saw, not the one you've been arguing with in the mirror for ten years.
